2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial advance payment, as per service terms.

All prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change due to availability, seasonal demand, or third-party vendor adjustments.

3. Service Scope

We offer curated tours and travel packages, transportation, hotel bookings, and guided experiences.

The final itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions will be shared and mutually agreed upon before confirmation.

4. Responsibilities

YatraVista is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

Travelers are expected to carry valid identification, necessary documents, and comply with local laws and customs.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent of the services booked through us.

No compensation is applicable for any inconvenience outside our control (weather issues, government restrictions, etc.).

Cancellation / Refund Policy

At YatraVista, we understand that travel plans can change. Here's how we handle cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to info@yatravista.co.in.

Cancellations are subject to approval and based on the advance notice given.

2. Refund Terms

More than 15 days before departure: 80% credit of the paid amount

7–14 days before departure: 50% credit of the paid amount

Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

3. Credit Time Frame

Any approved refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment or as travel credit for future bookings.

Refunds are subject to deductions such as service charges, non-refundable hotel/transport bookings, or third-party fees.
